Refund policy

Since you are taking deposits to fund production, your policy needs to be firm but fair to protect your cash flow:

• This product is offered as a pre-sale. Manufacturing will commence upon reaching 90 confirmed preorders. If the preorder minimum is not reached, all payments will be refunded in full. Once production begins, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
• Damages/Defects: 100% coverage for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
• Threshold Cancellation: In the unlikely event the production threshold isn't met by a specific date, all deposits are automatically refunded in full.
